Request a pickup by 3 p.m. for same-day

Provide detailed access instructions. If
youโre in a camp, youโll need to wait for the driver at the entrance.
Youโll receive a text when the driver is
en route.
Attempted pickups will be charged, so make sure everything is
prepared.
Important Note: You have three days to
return your item. Just make sure to initiate the return within the three-day
window.

not refunds, on returns.
Return Conditions: Items must be folded,
unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or stains.

order to return your items.
Items must be scanned by USPS within
those 3 days; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Once your return is processed, youโll
receive store credit minus a $10 shipping fee.

Schedule a driver to pick up your return
for a $30 fee.
The items must be from the specific order
number you requested.
Pickup requests must be made by 3:00 p.m.

Exchange Policy
Exchanging an Item:
- If you need a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.
- Be sure to include your new order number with your return for a full refund for the original item ordered.
- If you choose our delivery service with your new order, we can swap the items at the time of deliveryโat no additional charge! Just hand the return item to the driver, and your exchange will be processed once the item is returned to the store.
Important Note:
- Before you check out, be sure to add "exchange/delivery" in the notes section so the driver knows thereโs a pickup.
