1. Return Policy
Blubelle does not offer refunds on returns, only store credit.
For your convenience, a return label is provided with every order on items that are eligible for return. You have 3 days from when your order is received to return your items. Items that are returned must be scanned by USPS within 3 days of receipt; otherwise, we will not accept the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit minus the shipping cost of $10.
If you would like a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online. Include your new order number with your return for a full refund.
4. Store Credit
Items purchased using store credit are final sale.
Carefully select the items you wish to order as once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
6. Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and contact us immediately if there is anything defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
7. Lost or stolen
Once a package is marked delivered, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
8. Non-returnable items
The following brands and items are final Sale and cannot be returned: Alimrose, Bla Bla Kids, Cuddle + Kind, Baghera, Misha & Puff, Olli Ella, Silly Silas, Zeebra shoes, Hair accessories, Hats & Bonnets Any items discounted at 20% or more are considered final Sale.
9. Out of stock items
We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. However, when placing an order, please be aware that in some cases your order may not be filled completely.
Gifts must have a valid gift receipt for returns/ exchanges. Returns on gifts are 7 or 30 days depending on the item. See receipt for the indicated return policy of your item.
