This appointment is with our pro stylists. The Fee goes toward your purchase, and if you don’t find something you love, it will be issued as a Blubelle gift card to use in-store anytime.

GOWN APPOINTMENT FAQ
Do I need an appointment to shop for gowns?
No, walk-ins are welcome Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM–5:30 PM, and on Friday, 11 AM–12 PM.
Please note that if a customer with a scheduled appointment arrives, appointments take priority.
Why should I schedule an appointment?
Booking ahead ensures you receive our full attention. An expert stylist will guide you through our gown selection without interruption — your time is 100% yours, with no waiting.
Is there a fee for an appointment?
Yes. The appointment fee goes toward any Blubelle purchase made during your visit.
We’re confident you’ll find something you love! But if we truly can’t match your needs, the fee can be issued as a shop credit toward future purchases.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans can change!
Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can move your appointment.
With proper notice, we’ll gladly reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Can I just stop by without an appointment?
Absolutely! We love walk-ins Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM–5:30 PM, and Friday, 11 AM–12 PM.
Please note: if our stylists are assisting an appointment client, we may kindly ask you to return at a quieter time so we can give you the service you deserve.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE A GOWN HOME THE SAME DAY?
Yes, our goal is for you to fall in love with your gown and take it home the very same day. Most of our clients do exactly that.
If you visit earlier in your planning process, we’ll also have time to special-order additional sizes or variations if needed.
Standard orders typically take 10–12 weeks, though some designers can deliver sooner.
HOW LONG DO SPECIAL ORDERS TAKE?
Most gowns require up to 12 weeks for production and delivery. Depending on the brand, we may be able to secure certain styles faster, while some designers may take a little longer. Our stylists will guide you on the best timeline for your gown.
Booking earlier ensures the widest selection and the most flexibility with ordering.
WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
For a relaxed and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing only the children selecting a gown. To keep the appointment calm and focused, we kindly ask that babies or toddlers not be brought along. You may also want to have a few trusted voices with you, as their opinions can be helpful in making your decision — especially since photos and videos are not permitted in the boutique.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING MY APPOINTMENT?
To protect our exclusive designs and ensure your gown remains uniquely yours, we do not allow photos or videos in the boutique.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER IN GOWNS?
Our gown collection features sizes ranging from toddlers to teens, offering a wide range of fits to suit every stage and style. Many gowns are available to take home the same day, and additional sizes can be special-ordered when needed.
What if I need an appointment on a day or time that isn’t available on the calendar or outside regular walk-in hours?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you! Please call us at 845-352-6508, extension 4, and leave a message with your name, cell phone number, the number of children you need to dress, and your wedding date, along with your preferred time.
