 How to Schedule a Pickup:
Schedule a pickup online.
Request a pickup by 3 p.m. for same-day
service.
Provide detailed access instructions. If
you’re in a camp, you’ll need to wait for the driver at the entrance.
You’ll receive a text when the driver is
en route.
Attempted pickups will be charged, so make sure everything is
prepared.
Important Note: You have three days to
return your item. Just make sure to initiate the return within the three-day
window.
Shipping & Returns
Store Credit Only: We offer store credit,
not refunds, on returns.
Return Conditions: Items must be folded,
unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or stains.
 How to Return:
Option 1: Return by Mail
A return label is included with every
eligible order.
You have 3 days from the receipt of your
order to return your items.
Items must be scanned by USPS within
those 3 days; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Once your return is processed, you’ll
receive store credit minus a $10 shipping fee.
 Option 2: Request a Pickup
Schedule a driver to pick up your return
for a $30 fee.
The items must be from the specific order
number you requested.
Pickup requests must be made by 3:00 p.m.
for same-day service.
Note: Missed pickups will be charged.

Refunds:
- Blubelle does not offer refunds on returns; we only offer store credit.

- Items must be folded, right-side-out, unworn, unwashed, and free from wrinkles, stains, or damage for any returns or exchange.

Exchange Policy
Exchanging an Item:
- If you need a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.
- Be sure to include your new order number with your return for a full refund for the original item ordered.
- If you choose our delivery service with your new order, we can swap the items at the time of delivery—at no additional charge! Just hand the return item to the driver, and your exchange will be processed once the item is returned to the store.
Important Note:
- Before you check out, be sure to add "exchange/delivery" in the notes section so the driver knows there’s a pickup.
